DESCRIPTION:Le LGCO organise le vendredi 19 février la 3ème journée de recherche en CCA Grand Sud qui regroupe les équipes en CCA de GRM (Nice)\, MRM (Montpellier) et LGCO (Toulouse). A cette occasion\, Giovanna Michelon (University of Exeter Business School – UK) présentera de 10h à 12h un article intitulé « No pressure\, No diamonds: The role of shareholder activism on CSR transparency« .\n\nDominique Dufour (Université de Nice Sophia-Antipolis) présentera de 14h à 15h un article intitulé « SMEs\, Target Capital Structure Adjustment speed and Cash-flow ».  \nEmmanuelle Negre (Université de Montpellier) et Marie-Anne Verdier (Université Toulouse 1 Capitol) présenteront de 15h à 16h un article intitulé « Le recours à un expert-comptable par les comités d’entreprise : un mécanisme de\ngouvernance disciplinaire et/ou cognitive ? ». \n
