6th Workshop Management Control & Management Public

The Organization Management Research Center (PRIEST) organizes its 6th Workshop Management Control & Public Management in Dijon under the sponsorship of the Francophone Accounting Association (AFC), the International Association for Research in Public Management (AIRMAP) Authorities and the Association of Finance Management and Evaluation Territorial (AFIGESE). This event will take place on Monday 09 March 2020 MSH Dijon. This workshop offers a reflection on the social responsibility of public organizations (RSOP). Long associated private companies, the concept of social responsibility is now extended to the public sector with more or less success. According to the international standard ISO 26000, This concept applies to all types of organizations, private or public, whatever their sector of activity, their size or location. The objective of this workshop is to draw up an inventory of work on the RSOP and identify promising research prospects. How are divided the issues of social responsibility at the level of public organizations ? What are the strategies used by leaders in RSOP ? What this responsibility control modes ? How to control the social performance of public organizations ? These issues will be the focus of discussions held during the workshop. Bringing together the scientific communities CCA and Public Management, this workshop is also open to practitioners (responsible for sustainable development, CFOs, management controllers, managers, consultants…). expected are faculty of communications and doctoral students as well as practitioners of experience feedback in the fields of social responsibility and control in public organizations. They are asked to testify or turn a critical eye on the proceedings of RSOP. The best communications workshop will be submitted to the journal Management and Public Management (GMP). Un prix Workshop CG&MP will also be awarded to the author of the best paper presented at the day.
