La co-création s’impose de plus en plus dans les démarches d’innovation des entreprises, c’est une évidence. But the question of "how" to implement it remains very open, especially with this question : who is it better to co-create ? Avec tous, that is to say the "crowd of consumers", This would correspond to the most "democratic" option ? Ou bien avec une sorte d’élite, the consumer supposed to be the most innovative ?

Research stay

Linda-Hamdi Kidar just d & rsquo; CNRS get a scholarship for a stay in Japan. This research will stay from July to August 2016 in the team of Professor Kawakami at Waseda University Business School in Tokyo. The scholarship is awarded by the CNRS and the Japan Society for the Promotion of Science (JSPS) (http://www.cnrs.fr/derci/spip.php?article727 – JSPS Postdoctoral Fellowships Short Term).

3th Great South CCA Research Day

The LGCO held on Friday 19 February 3rd Great South CCA Research Day which brings together teams CCA GRM (Nice), MRM (Montpellier) and LGCO (Toulouse). On this occasion, Giovanna Michelon (University of Exeter Business School – UK) presented from 10 to 12 an article entitled “No pressure, No diamonds: The role of shareholder activism on CSR transparency“.

Dominique Dufour (University of Nice Sophia Antipolis) presented from 14h to 15h an article entitled “SMEs, Target Capital Structure Adjustment speed and Cash-flow”.

Black Emmanuelle (University of Montpellier) et Marie-Anne Values (Toulouse University 1 Capitol) presented from 15h to 16h an article entitled “Using an accountant by works councils : disciplinary governance mechanism and / or cognitive,fr ?”.

Linda Hamdi-Kidar – BVA Price 2015 of marketing research

Linda Hamdi-Kidar, Marketing Lecturer at LGCO, Doctor 2013 under the direction of Professor Eric Vernette (CRM – MARRIAGE 5303 CNRS), has won the Grand Prize of the BVA market research that contributes to the development of links between universities, schools and the world of & rsquo; business.

Congratulations to the winner and the supervisor!

This award recognizes an outstanding thesis judged from the point of view of doctoral programs in Management and Marketing professionals Science Studies. Open to management doctors, the Grand Prize of the BVA Marketing Research out among the & rsquo; all participants 3 winners, that share financial endowment 5000 €, according to the ranking established by the jury.

For that price BVA has assembled a jury 12 marketing research experts from companies such as the French Games, Unilever, L'Oréal, EDF or the responsibility of the Prime Minister communciation Service.

Grâce au dispositif « Pepite », Mélanie Gazal, vingt ans, a mené en parallèle ses études et son projet de création d’entreprise, l’ouverture d’un magasin de sport. Un double accompagnement dispensé par l’université Toulouse III – Paul Sabatier qui favorise l’esprit d’entreprendre et sécurise les parcours.
Lorsqu’elle découvre que le magasin de sport de Caussade, sa ville natale, est sur le point de fermer, Mélanie Gazal est étudiante en gestion des entreprises et des administrations au DUT de Toulouse Paul Sabatier. Pressentant une opportunité de marché, elle partage l’idée d’une reprise avec son enseignante, Stéphanie Loup, référente entrepreneuriat de l’Université. The latter directed him to the status of student entrepreneur. "Stephanie Wolf accompanied me throughout my career, pas sûre que j’y sois parvenue aussi vite sans elle ! », témoigne la jeune créatrice d’entreprise.

Entreprendre à 20 year old.

De l’idée à l’action, de la culture au passage à l’acte : c’est le lien qu’opère le dispositif national « Pepite » -Pôle étudiant pour l’innovation, le transfert et l’entreprenariat- que l’université Toulouse III – Paul Sabatier experimenting since 2014. A boon for Melanie Gazal. « A 20 year old, il est des étapes que l’on ne peut pas connaître », estime la jeune femme. « Même en suivant un cursus de gestion, les démarches sont complexes et les déconvenues nombreuses. Il faut savoir poser les bonnes questions, le dispositif permet de croiser les expériences avec d’autres étudiants dans la même situation, à rencontrer des notaires, des banquiers, des comptables… nous sommes ainsi sensibilisés à tous les interlocuteurs de l’entreprise ».

Logique de pré-incubation

« Notre démarche se situe en amont de l’incubateur », précise Frédérique Allard, responsable formation du Pépite et responsable pédagogique du D2E. « Il s’agit de développer les compétences entrepreneuriales chez les étudiants, dans un processus qui donne de la crédibilité à leurs projets. Leurs emplois du temps sont aménagés en conséquence, à l’instar de ceux des sportifs de haut niveau». Mélanie Gazal confirme. Non seulement elle a pu consacrer son stage de seconde année à la préparation de son projet, mais aujourd’hui, elle a réussi à boucler son budget de lancement et obtenu prêts et soutien des banques. En aout, c’est confiante qu’elle ouvre sa boutique de sport, Axésport, associant sa passion pour la course à pied et son savoir-faire en gestion.
L’entrepreneuriat étudiant conjugue formation et création d’entrepriseLe statut national d’étudiant-entrepreneur permet aux étudiant(and)s et aux jeunes diplômé(and)s d’élaborer un projet entrepreneurial dans un PEPITE. Ouvert aux bacheliers et aux étudiants jusqu’à 28 year old, le statut est délivré par un comité d’engagement qui examine les projets.Désormais, il se double d’un diplôme d’établissement Etudiant-Entrepreneur (D2E) accessible à tout étudiant ayant eu attribution du statut national d’étudiant entrepreneur.Toutes les informations sur l’entrepreunariat étudiant

Thesis summary
Cette recherche a pour objectif de modéliser la complexité des projets pour mieux la maîtriser et, ce faisant, mieux les piloter. Elle s¿inscrit ainsi dans une perspective managériale de conduite des projets et d¿amélioration de leurs performances. Elle est née de constats convergents sur les limites (théoriques et pratiques) du management de projet dans le contexte contemporain.
Elle vise plus particulièrement à réintégrer dans ce pilotage les dynamiques sociales constitutives du projet. Avec elles, c¿est donc l¿irréductible complexité des systèmes sociaux et des activités concrètes qui s¿y déploient ou qu¿ils servent qui est réintroduite, permettant alors une autre lecture des problèmes et de leur résolution possible. Plutôt que d¿en nier l¿existence, la variété ou la variabilité, ces dynamiques sociales sont réintroduites dès les phases amont du projet. Cette réintégration dans une approche systémique du projet est soutenue par une approche méthodologique apte à saisir ces dynamiques et à prendre en compte leurs évolutions. On en escompte des possibilités de simulation, donc de travail sur la base de projections dans des futurs possibles plus à même de servir la conduite du projet et sa réussite.

Multiple banking relationships: do firms mistrust their banks? The case of privately held French SMEs

Abstract

A vast majority of French firms are privately held, and small and medium-sized. Because these SMEs have difficulties to access alternatives financing sources, they remain very dependent from bank financing. In this context, our paper focuses on the use of multiple banking by private SMEs. We investigate whether multiple banking relationships are explained by firms’ characteristics (size, age, performance and risk) or by the quality of banking relationship as measured by the trust the firm feels toward its main bank. We use the results of an original survey conducted on a sample of French SMEs in December 2012. According to the traditional theoretical framework of multiple banking, we find that the most performing firms are more likely to engage in multiple banking relationships. We also highlight the explanatory power of an alternative model based on two characteristics of the banking relationship, distance and trust: when the manager is closer to his loan officer, or when he expresses the desire to build a valuable relationship, then the firm will be less likely to engage in multiple banking relationship.
